Thank you for shopping at Squizo. We ship our stress relief toys worldwide and want your experience to be smooth from checkout to doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days worldwide, to all countries. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local customs processing, and postal service performance during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $90 USD. For orders under $90, a flat shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
