Return & Refund Policy

At Squizo, we want you to love your stress relief toys. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at contact@squizo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Squizo covers all costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Sale or clearance items may also be non-refundable where noted.
